This home renovation project at Shakespeare Road was a wonderful victorian semi-detached home that benefited from ample room proportions throughout. Built on split-levels, the lower-ground floor was being underutilised. Thus, our client wanted to take advantage of the property’s full potential and was looking into converting the ample lower-ground into a semi-formal entertaining space.
During the Shakespeare Road home renovation, we reimagined the living spaces to create an open, airy feel, with natural light flooding through new, energy-efficient windows. We revitalised the exterior with fresh paint and elegant landscaping, significantly boosting curb appeal.
