The Windermere Road home renovation project began as a traditional 1930’s property. Although it had generous rooms, it was not conducive to modern-day living. Our client wanted to develop this property for resale and needed the project completed within a specific budget and tight timeline. Firstly, working with our client’s designer, we extended the back reception room. This created a large, bright, modern living, dining, and kitchen area with unobstructed views of the garden.

Additionally, we added a ground floor cloakroom and incorporated a master ensuite bedroom in the loft space. Moreover, the entire property now features contemporary accents and is finished to the highest standards.Our client was tremendously pleased with the results. Consequently, they have commissioned us to develop three additional similar properties in the area since then.

The full home renovation at Windermere Road touched every corner, updating the interiors with a sleek, contemporary design. Each room was optimized for comfort and usability.
Firstly, the kitchen extension was a highlight. It significantly enlarged the space to accommodate state-of-the-art appliances and a large island that doubles as a dining and prep area. This setup is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining.

Additionally, the loft conversion made use of previously underutilized attic space. It created an additional bedroom or home office that offers privacy and spectacular views of the surrounding area.
