This home renovation at Stockport Road involved a 1930’s family home that had previously been extended. However, soon after the original renovation work was completed, our client realised that the modifications did not fulfil the family’s needs. Furthermore, the property was due for revaluation and needed to be brought up to spec promptly. Utilising the original extension structure as part of the home renovation at Stockport Road, we reconfigured the layout to maximise the existing space.

Additionally, we aimed to take advantage of as much natural light as possible. Working closely with the client, we created a modern open-plan entertainment area with unobstructed garden views. By incorporating an expansive skylight, we added a contemporary and sophisticated feature to this space. Once the work on the extension was finished, our client decided to update the rest of the property as well.

This project, which encompassed a kitchen extension, complete renovation, loft conversion, and reconfiguration, has culminated in a stunning overhaul that truly redefines the living space. Firstly, the kitchen extension has opened up the heart of the home. It provides a spacious area for cooking and gathering, enhanced by top-of-the-line appliances and elegant finishes.
