Working with our client’s designer, we have extended the back reception room to create a large, bright, modern, living/dining/kitchen area with unobstructed views of the garden. We have added a ground floor cloak room and incorporated a master ensuite bedroom in the loft space. The whole property incorporates contemporary accents and is finished to the highest standards. Our client was tremendously pleased and has commissioned us to develop three additional similar properties in the area since.
