This 1930’s family home had been previously extended but soon after the original renovation work was completed, our client realised that what had been done did not fulfil the family’s needs. In addition, the property was to be revalued and needed to be bought up-to-spec pronto.

Utilising the original extension structure, we reconfigured the layout to maximise the existing space and take advantage of as much natural light as possible. Working with the client, we created a modern open plan entertainment area with unobstructed garden view.  By incorporating of an expansive skylight we added an additional contemporary and sophisticated feature to this modern entertainment area. Once the work on the extension was finished, our client decided to update the rest of the property.

Our team delivered a family home that is as graceful as it is functional. The client was delighted that thanks to our collaboration and the work we carried out, he was able to achieve his desired financial goals with ease.
