This wonderful Victorian semi-detached benefited from ample room proportions throughout. Built on split-levels, the lower-ground floor was being underutilised. Our client wanted to take advantage of the property’s full potential and was looking into converting the ample lower-ground into a semi-formal entertaining space.

The result is a modern open-plan space that benefits from plentiful natural light thanks to strategically placed skylights. The sliding folding garden doors provide additional light while allowing the occupants to enjoy an inside-outside living space during the summer months. The modern kitchen with a recessed extractor hood provides the space with uninterrupted fluidity and unobstructed views to the garden.
