This beautiful, split level, Victorian terrace in Stretham offered its new owners generously proportioned rooms, delightful period features and a great location. However, upon occupying the property, this growing family realised that they still needed additional space to match their lifestyle. In order to achieve this, we helped them maximise the footprint of their property by reconfiguring existing rooms. We also provided the additional space they needed by creating a bright modern extension towards the back of the property, and a contemporary shower room and ample study in the property’s loft space.

Our team designed and built a custom kitchen and provided the family with ample storage space by creating bespoke storage in the master bedroom and their front reception room. We also updated the existing bathroom and all bedrooms while still maintaining most of the original period features that charmed the owners to begin with.

As the family had to vacate the property and reside with family while the renovation work was taking place, it was of crucial importance we kept to the building schedule. We delivered well within the projected time-line and the family was able to move in as planned.
