A free of charge comprehensive project and site survey allow us to understand your project in-depth. It provides us insight into your specific needs, budget and time-line.


Our quotes are detailed and transparent. We specify and list separately areas of work providing you a clear understanding on how your budget will be utilised towards realising your desired results. No hidden margins and no grey areas.


At Dominant Constructions we apply the highest industry standards to everything we do. We only utilise JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) contracts to provide assurance for clients. Our contracts clearly outline the work that is to be carried out, who it is carried out by, when work is to be done and cost. Together with our contracts we provide a checklist of deliverables later used to ensure that every aspect of the project is completed according to your requirements.


A carefully planned production schedule, inclusive of logistics and permit applications, is provided for every project. Our teams utilise fortnightly based valuations to keep projects on-time and on-budget helping everyone be up-to-date with progress and expenditure.


It is at this stage that we put into action all that is detailed in previous stages. Clients and production teams can keep track of the project’s progress, through our fortnightly reports which include site photos and up-to-date budget use.  


Our project manager will conduct a detailed handover at the end of each project. A checklist of deliverables agreed upon during the contract stage of projects is utilised to confirm every item has been completed to your standards.
