This beautiful home on Rannoch Road had plenty of charm, but it just wasn’t working for its owners anymore. The kitchen felt too small for their needs, and the front room didn’t provide the kind of entertainment space they wanted for their growing family.
On top of that, while the house had tons of character, it was starting to show its age. The goal of this renovation was to create a home that felt both stylish and practical—a space that reflected the owners’ personal taste while making everyday living effortless.

To set the right mood and enhance functionality, we installed a carefully planned lighting scheme, blending recessed lights and spotlights for a perfect balance of ambiance and practicality. In the main living area, two fireplaces now showcase a mix of materials, creating a fresh, modern take on this classic feature. A custom-built niche above the front fireplace houses a large TV, blending seamlessly into the design.

For an added touch of luxury, we seamlessly integrated a state-of-the-art sound system throughout the ground floor, allowing music and entertainment to envelop the space with effortless elegance. Every detail of this home was thoughtfully designed with both beauty and functionality in mind. To maximize space without compromising on style, we installed sleek pocket doors, creating a fluid and adaptable living environment. Beneath the staircase, we crafted a bespoke storage solution—both stylish and practical—ensuring a clutter-free, organized home while maintaining an air of sophistication.
