Dominant Construction LTD manage every aspect of every loft conversion from submitting of plans right through to completion of all finishing trades, leaving the completed conversion ready for decorating. At every stage we consult with client on progress and seek approval of choice of fittings, windows/doors/spindles etc. to match existing.

At Dominant Construction LTD we operate a weekly payment structure which runs for the duration of the project with the first payment only due after the first full week on site. This system ensures that we only ever request payments for work that has already been carried out.

For the duration of construction you will be assigned a dedicated installation team. This team will not leave site until construction complete. We only ever use timeserved tradesmen for each individual trade. All electrical work undertaken comes with NIC certification.

All projects include all required scaffolding, skip hire and an outdoor contractors toilet. 90% of all building materials required for our loft conversions are mechanically lifted onto the scaffolding and enter the property through the roof, any debris leaves the property thesame way and is removed from site. We only enter the existing area of the house towards the end of the project when the stairsnare to be installed, at this stage will take every precaution to minimise disruption to the normal life of the occupants.

A carpet protection system is laid to all necessary areas.
